How do I place an order?
Select your desired items and click “ADD TO CART” to add items to your shopping bag. You may continue browsing for other products or, complete your order by clicking on the shopping bag (top right hand corner) to check out. Checkout our Shopping Guide for more details.

What if I forgot my password?
Click on ‘Forgot your Password’ under My Account found at the top right hand corner and key in the email address you used to register your account. A new password will be sent to your email address.
How can I change information in my account profile?
You can change your personal information in your account by signing in to your account to change information. For security reasons, you are required to key in your current password to confirm the change.
Can I reserve an item?
Please note that item(s) will only be reserved for 24 hours, your order will be cancelled automatically if we have not heard from you. Item(s) will be released to the next interested buyer.
Can I place a backorder for a sold-out item?
Unfortunately, some items are not restockable. However, you can join the waiting list to express your interest in the item.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
(1) Bank transfer - Payment must be made within 24 hours
(2) Pay via Paydibs - Accept VISA, MasterCard credit/debit cards, and online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, PBebank, RHBNow, Hong Leong Bank, AmBank, etc)
(3) Paypal - Accept VISA, MasterCards, American Express & Paypal account
(4) Store credits
Can I cancel or make changes to my order that has been paid?
Sorry, order that has been paid and confirmed cannot be amended or cancelled.
I did not receive an invoice for my purchase 

Check your spam folder of your email as the invoice could have landed in there. If it is not in your inbox/spam folder, you can email us at kikilily.com@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
Can I order from outside Malaysia?
Yes. For international customers, you can make payment via PayPal. Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance on the shipping charges, or you may refer to the international rates on our Shipping Info page.
Do you have a phone number I can contact you at?
We are sorry that we can't provide any phone number as we operate solely online. Should you have any enquiries, drop us an email at kikilily.com@gmail.com.
Are there additional charges for re-delivery?
Yes, we will charge a full rate of courier service fee for re-delivery request if the parcel returned to us due to failed delivery.

RETURNS

The measurements are inaccurate. What should I do?
Measurements may vary 0.5 to 1 inch due to mass manufacturing processes and the different stretchable quality of material, this will not be considered as a defect. The method of measurement may differ slightly from person to person, hence in this case, there may be slight discrepancies due to the way the product is measured. If you believe your product to be wrongly tagged, please email us at kikilily.com@gmail.com.
I have chose the wrong size, can I exchange it?
We do not accept size exchange request. Kindly refer to our Returns Policy where you can return your items for store credit to repurchase the items in your desired size / colour.
What if I received a wrong or defective item?
Please refer to our Returns Policy.
The colour of actual product is different. Is that a defect?
Product colour may vary due to photographic lighting sources and different screen resolutions, please allow 20 - 30% of colour variation as compared to actual products. The colour may appear darker or lighter. In such cases, the variance may not considered as a defect.
Where can I get the Returns Form?
Our return form will be emailed to you when you have requested for a return in your "Order History". For verification purpose, it is important to print it out and include it with your return.
How long does it take for my return parcel to be processed?
Returns will be processed within 14 business days (not inclusive of weekends and Malaysia public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel. We'll drop you an email update once your return has been processed.
Will I be reimbursed for return delivery charges?
We are sorry, we won't reimburse return delivery charges.
How will I receive my refund?
Cash refunds are not provided for returns.
Can I use the same voucher / discount code after the order has returned?
We are sorry, any used voucher / discount codes for the returned order will be void and not re-usable.

CREDIT VOUCHERS

Where can I find my credit vouchers?
Valid credit vouchers can be found under "Credit slips" once you are logged into your account.
How to use my credit voucher?
Key in the voucher code in Voucher tab at checkout page, it will be automatically reflected. Vouchers have to be fully utilized in one transaction. Any remaining value will not be refunded nor credited.
Can an order be returned if a credit voucher has been used?
Currently we do not accept returns if the order has been made using a credit note.
How long will my credit voucher be valid for?
Credit vouchers have a validity of 3 months from date of issue. It is strictly non-extensible, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
