If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the item purchased, you may return your purchase to us.
Please contact us at email@example.com. When we authorise the return request, we will send you an email detailing how the item can be returned. A Return Slip will need to be filled up and enclosed inside the package for return. The returned item(s) should be securely packed in waterproof packaging and return to our office within 14 calendar days from the delivered date.
You will be refunded in the form of store credit with one-year validity. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated. The store credit will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a defective or the wrong item that was sent to you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
In rare circumstance that you received a defective or wrong item, please email us your order details and attach clear picture of the defect in the .jpg format. After we have inspected the item, a refund will be issued in store credit form within 5 - 7 business days. We recommend you to furnish us the proof of postage too.
Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources, please allow 20 - 30% of colour variation as compared to actual products. The colour may appear darker or lighter. In such cases, the variance may not considered as a defect.
For printed products, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece, return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
We are unable to accept returns without its original packaging.
All returns MUST meet the following conditions:
- All items must be in original condition.
- All items must be in their original packaging (No sticker or tag is removed).
- You must include the original sale receipt, along with our Return Slip.
- Sale items and purchases made with discount codes are not eligible for returns.
- The returned package is your responsibility until it reaches our office. We shall not be held responsibility should the returned package be lost in transit. In such case, we recommend you to use a reliable carrier that allows tracking of parcel.
